I was trapped within the confines of my mind, entangled in the web of societal expectations and the illusion of what life was "supposed" to entail. Countless hours were squandered in futile attempts to dissect and mend my way out of uncomfortable emotions.

As a result, my relationship with myself has deepened, my connection to my own desires has flourished, and my connections with others have blossomed.
